Philippine Number Coding Scheme
(Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program)
Please be aware of a law that was already in effect since March 17, 2003 (MMDA Resolution No. 03-10). The number coding scheme prohibits on all roads in Metro Manila from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. all private cars & public utility vehicles whose license plate numbers end with these digits.
